About the role
As a Presales Specialist at Panopticon you will be the first person in the Nordic countries in this role, and will be responsible for technical and business implementation questions. You will be a part of the sales team based around the world, this means there will be som traveling (Around 20%). You will handle all of the client requests and be a trusted advisor for sales leads, client stakeholders, and executive sponsors, while still working closely with the sales team selling and supporting the product from a technical aspect. Your role will be understanding the clients business needs, proof of concept and helping them with the initial set up of servers.

Panopticon is looking for
To succeed in this role Panopticon believe that you have a Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferentially in Computer Science, Engineering or something related. You should have knowledge from databases with the ability to build SQL queries and experience from producing and delivering client-focused solutions based on the clients requirements. If you have prior experience from Big Data, data mining, manipulation and visual analysis tools that will be meritorious.
